The external driver is constant current driver, power range from 10W to 100W.
One driver can support several LED T5 tubes, easy for installation.

Advantages of externally driven LED T5 tube: 
1.The heat from LEDs don't affect the external driver, so the lifespan of external driver is longer. 
2.The external driver can be easily replaced if it is failed, without discarding the LED T5 tube. 
3.One driver can drive several LED T5 tubes, so the cost is low, and it is very easy for installation.

Warranty:
7 years for the T5 tube. Powerconusa replaces the defective product with new one for free in warranty period.
